How long does it take to see results?
That is entirely up to you and your goals!
There is no set program for you to follow in Veg Essentials, but rather a set of tools that you can use to supplement your journey at your own pace.
However if you would prefer more structure, I recommend you follow the step-by-step instructions that are included in your Starting From Scratch e-book.
Generally I recommend that you give yourself a period of several weeks or a few months to fully transition to vegetarianism. This gives you adequate time to form a long-lasting habit and your body time to adjust. But use a pace that feels aligned for you and your goals!
Do I need special equipment or ingredients to follow this program?
Nope! You may want to use a printer to download some of the printable resources, or you can send them to a print shop using the provided files.
Some of the recipes inside The Veggie Vault are air fryer recipes, but instructions are included to modify them for use in a conventional oven.
All of the ingredients in The Veggie Vault use ingredients that you should be able to find at any grocery store (no specialty stores necessary).
How much time do I need to dedicate to Veg Essentials each week?
That’s completely up to you and your goals! There is no set program for Veg Essentials, but rather a set of tools that you can use to supplement your journey as you need them.
I recommend that you spend 5 minutes each day recording your food for the day and reflecting in your daily reflection journal, plus 10-15 minutes each week to reflect on your weekly progress and set goals for the coming week. Prompts for both of these are availabe inside the Veg Vision module.
I also recommend spending 20-30 minutes meal planning each week, which can be done easily with the tools inside The Veggie Vault module.
What if I don’t like the program or don’t see results?
Results depend heavily on your use of the tools. You can’t just open the journals once and expect results, for example – you have to use them regularly for them to have an effect.
However if you have implemented the tools and used them to their fullest, but you still are not able to sustain your vegetarian diet in the way that you would like, please contact me and I will refund your purchase.
